Refund policy

In case the buyer has received a defective product or (including but not limited to) damages, shortages or different products, he/she must report it within 10 days of delivery to claim exchange.

In case 10 days have passed after delivery and there are no reports or complains, please note we are not in obligation to assit case.

The brand does not hold any kind of liability for any shortages for orders directed to a third party.

Buyer must check whether it is the same product they have ordered and if any part of the product is missing immediately upon receiving it.

SHORTAGES: In case if there is any kind of shortage in your product, either we can ship all the missing products (or a single item) to you or we can credit the amount of the product into your account. The best suitable action is chosen in this case.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If you receive a damaged item, then please take a nice and clear image of the product. Kindly attach it to an email and send it to [email protected] with your order number. Also, please explain the problem if it is not visible in the photo.

After verifying your order, we can either provide you with a replacement or online store credit of the same amount.

SIZE ISSUE: We highly advise our customers to refer to the ‘’Chart with Art” before purchasing any product and double check size you would like to purchase. You can also contact us on email or our website chat if you have any questions regarding sizing.

If you have make purchase we consider this as confirmation you have checked our Size Chart.

Please take a good look at our size to make sure you are purchasing best fit for yourself.

NOTE: Aloushi's meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability. Therefore, we take pride in our products. We also perform a quality check on all products before sending them out. We expect our buyers to support our brand value and any claim regarding nature of handmade won’t be accepted by the brand.

WHAT CAN BE CLAIMED: If you have a genuine problem then we are more than willing to help you out. We provide exchange over the following issues: wrong size of the same pair of sandals, parts that have fallen off, chipped parts, clear cuts, and no rubber stamp- in this case shipping charges for sending new pair of sandals/shoes will be on us without charges of new pair we are sending.

EXCHANGE POLICY (IF APPLICABLE): Aloushi's team will inspect costumer claim and following regulation where exchange is applicable we will proceed to send new pair of the sandals/shoes. If claim is in following statement "What Can Be Claimed'' new pair will be on us including shipping cost. If there is genuine sizing issue and it's proven that issue is coming from Brand side- exhange will be on us as well.


At this time, purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.


Once an order is dispatched and received by the shipping company cancellations are not possible. Shipping companies have no authority to dismiss orders nor stop further process of delivery once they've been fulfilled, so you can count on getting what's ordered.


Delays in December are expected because shipping companies are busy with all packages heading towards their destinations overseas. Holidays season can slow down process of delivery and delays are expected.

Due to the recent outbreakes of Covid-19 virus, each country has different regulations and many can impact operations such as delays in flights or delivery processes.

Please note:

Shipping expenses CAN NOT be refunded.

We cannot grant any request for cancellation or orders and will be unable to issue a refund as well.

SHIPPING COST (IN CASE EXCHANGE): In case of exchange that you insist to make, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

REMINDER: Please double check sizing, measure your feet and body compare to our size chart or print our 'Chart with Art' before purchasing.
