We provide international shipping throughout worldwide. But in case your country charges additional taxes and holds the shipment under the custom department, therefore, being the receiver of the good(s), you are liable to pay the custom charges as well as complete custom related formalities.
Every country has different taxes and custom fees policies; hence, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay if there are any additional charges and clear issues related to the same as we don’t charge any taxes upon your purchase.
We do not have any authority or jurisdiction over regional authorities. Also, each country has different rules and regulations when it comes to importing laws. We in any way are not responsible to clear any dispute regarding this issue.
We cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Bulibasha is not responsible for any charges regarding this and we do not accept the return or refund in this case.
IN CASE OF NOT RESPONDING TO DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
You will receive notification when your order is shipped. You will be able to track your order online. In case our delivery executive tries to contact you for delivery and for some reason you are not able to attend his call or you are not available to receive the order at your location, in such a scenario, the shipment company will attempt to deliver your product a few more times. However, if you still can’t receive the order, then we can no longer hold the shipping company regarding their policy which states: “If the consignee is not responding on email or phone number, the order will be automatically returned to the supplier or destroyed at shipping facility depending upon the policy of that country”.
PLEASE NOTE: Under these circumstances, if you can’t receive the order after several attempts from the shipping company then you are not liable to receive any kind of refund from Bulibasha.
In case of returns to the country of origin, we will have to pay shipping charge, duty and taxes.

But to further ensure that you receive your order in time and without any complications. You are requested to provide us an active email ID and mobile number so that we can contact you whenever necessary and provide you updates regarding your order.
Please inform us beforehand, if you want to change your delivery address or any contact details provided by you to the company. It is to ensure that we can inform our delivery partners (DHL or FedEx) in time. You will receive a tracking notification from our side which will further inform you which one of the above-mentioned shipping companies is handling your order.
REMOTE AREA SHIPPING
We ship with DHL and FeDeX. In case address you have provided is detected as Remote Area we will send your package with EMS Post Office.All of the mentioned shipping companies are Internationaly recognized and reliable. Reason why we will use EMS Post Office in this case its because DHL and FedeX have additional charges for Remote Areas, and EMS Post office doesn't.
We don't wish to apply any additional charges to our costumers beside the one for the product itself and shipping on check out.
Once we send your package,you will receive notification on your email where you will be able to track and see which company is handling your delivery.
Shippings are 5-7 working days once your order takes off (not included holidays and weekends)
Please note we take a couple of days to prepare and dispatch your order to the shipping facility.

In the event of a pandemic, regulations change from time to time. This can cause delays in shipments which may make your package take longer than anticipated! Please note that we are not able to control these situations and there is no way for us to issue refunds or receive packages back because of this inconvenience.
